Who We Are

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can't solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we're looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview

As Sereact scales, the visibility of our technological vision and the efficiency of our leadership team become key strategic advantages. We are looking for a Founders Associate to our CTO, Marc Tuscher, to act as his right hand. Your mission is twofold: positioning Marc as a leading voice in the "Embodied AI" space and mastering the operational daily business of the CTO office. This is a true "zero-to-one" mandate: you will work at the intersection of technology, branding, and operations, directly impacting the company’s growth and public perception.

Your Responsibilities:

Founder Branding & Communication

  • Content Creation: Working closely with the Marketing team, you prepare Marc’s keynotes, guest articles, and interviews to communicate his vision of the future of robotics.

  • Network Management: You assist in building and maintaining relationships with other tech founders, industry experts, and key stakeholders.

Organization & Executive Support

  • Calendar & Inbox Management: You proactively manage Marc’s schedule and email traffic, setting priorities and ensuring his time is optimized for high-leverage strategic topics.

  • Meeting Preparation: You prepare briefing documents for important meetings, draft agendas, and ensure the diligent follow-up of action items.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Taking full ownership of mission-critical ad-hoc projects, ranging from deep-dives into emerging tech trends to the preparation of Board-level materials.

  • Evaluating and facilitating strategic technical partnerships to ensure our ecosystem remains at the forefront of the industry.

Education & Experience

  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Initial practical experience (internships or working student roles) in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, management consulting, or PR/Social Media management.

  • A strong interest in technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI, Robotics) into compelling narratives.

Soft Skills

  • Builder’s Mindset: You take high levels of ownership and enjoy building processes from scratch.

  • Hustle & Execution: You are pragmatic and move fast without losing sight of quality—a "get shit done" mentality is essential.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

  • Organizational Talent: You stay calm under pressure and work in a highly structured and precise manner.

Our interview plan:

  1. Application

  2. Take‑home assignment: A short structuring case with clear instructions and a deadline—size a facility for a hypothetical asset pool, propose a structure, flag the key risks.

  3. Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions.

  4. Interview with our CTO, Marc Tuscher (30 min): A deep dive into the technological vision and how you will collaborate in the CTO office.

  5. On‑site visit: Meet the team at our Stuttgart office and collaborate on a real-world challenge similar to the work you’d do here.

What We Offer:

  • Direct exposure to Founders, Board, and international Tier 1 investors

  • A genuine zero-to-one mandate in one of Europe’s most innovative AI-robotics companies.

  • Wellpass (gym membership)

  • Flexible working hours

  • A motivated team and an open corporate culture

  • Competitive compensation and excellent opportunities for development
