Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Freight Forwarding Specialist who knows how to move goods efficiently from A to B, but is looking for more than just standard shipment planning.
At Sereact, you will take on a broad spectrum of commercial and logistical tasks, playing a key role in keeping our supply chain moving seamlessly within an agile, fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for someone who wants to step beyond traditional freight forwarding to manage diverse operational workflows and drive real impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Customs: Responsible for the timely dispatch of our systems and handle all necessary customs and export documentation.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage our logistics partners and optimize shipping routes and costs.

• Operational Purchasing: Support the procurement process and the commercial verification of incoming goods.

• General Commercial Support: Beyond logistics, actively contribute to general administration and order processing.

Qualifications:

• Background: Vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics (Speditionskaufmann) or a degree in Logistics/SCM.

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally with insights into customs clearance.

• Mindset: A true "get-it-done" attitude. You are flexible and happy to take on tasks outside the traditional scope of logistics.

• Drive: You are passionate about your work. Your proactivity is the key to our shared success.

• Skills: You are highly organized, resilient, and possess strong communication skills in both German and English.
