Overview:

We are looking for a highly proactive and globally minded International Trade Specialist to manage our complex supply chains and international partnerships at Sereact.

You will play a key role in taking our operational business to the next level by streamlining cross-border logistics, navigating customs regulations, and ensuring our global material flows remain efficient and uninterrupted.

This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for a person who enjoys a mix of dynamic communication with international partners and keeping a cool head while managing complex, process-driven trade operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the flow of goods and optimize our logistic processes both domestically and internationally.

• Procurement Support: Assist with the administrative processing of purchases.

• Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.

• Commercial All-rounder: Support all administrative matters that arise in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications:

• Background: Vocational training in Wholesale & Foreign Trade (Groß- & Einzelhandelskaufmann) or a degree with a focus on Trade/Logistics.

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Mindset: You are a problem solver. You don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take initiative.

• Drive: We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us. For us, high motivation beats niche expertise every time.

• Skills: Business-level fluency in German and English is a must for our international environment.
