Overview:
As a Robotics Engineer, you will be at the core of designing, developing, and deploying advanced robotic systems that tackle real-world challenges. This full-time, salaried position requires a solid background in robotics engineering, a creative and analytical mindset, and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Working at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI, you will help transform complex technical concepts into robust, high-performing robotic solutions, driving innovation from prototype to real-world deployment.
Your Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Develop and design robotic systems, including mechanical structures, electronics, and software.
Create detailed specifications and documentation for robotic components and systems.
Prototyping & Testing:
Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to refine and optimize robotic functionalities.
Integration & Implementation:
Integrate various subsystems (sensors, actuators, control systems) into cohesive robotic platforms.
Implement algorithms for navigation, perception, manipulation, and autonomy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and project managers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to project development.
Maintenance & Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems.
Maintain and update existing robotic platforms to ensure optimal performance.
Research & Development:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics and related fields.
Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance Sereact’s robotic solutions.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in robotics design and development, preferably in a professional or research setting.
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
Strong understanding of control systems, kinematics, and dynamics.
Experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence in robotics.
Knowledge of computer vision and image processing.
Familiarity with hardware prototyping tools and techniques (e.g., 3D printing, PCB design).

Base Salary: USD 80,000.00 per annum (Please adjust based on budget and market standards)
