Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge AI robotics technology and the unique needs of our customers. You’ll design and present tailored solutions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to on-site implementation. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and problem-solving, offering the opportunity to shape innovative automation solutions while working remotely across the U.S.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop customer-centric solutions: Analyze customer requirements and design tailor-made system concepts.
Technical-commercial interface: Translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions and support sales teams in solution design.
Customer engagement: Present solution designs in sales calls, collaborate on improvements/modifications, and ensure strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery—on time and within budget.
Documentation & training: Generate user manuals, preventative maintenance guides, spare parts lists, and deliver customer training.
Market insights: Identify new market opportunities, trends, and feedback to inform product/solution roadmap.
On-site support: Travel to customer sites to gather requirements, conduct assessments, and provide solution support.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves
3+ years experience designing complex electromechanical systems.
3+ years experience in requirements gathering and system design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
Strong technical fluency in warehouse automation and operations.
Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites within the U.S. (up to 30%).
Professional proficiency in English.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice-to-Haves
2+ years in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations.
Experience with AI robotics or robotic system integration.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance (OSHA, CE, etc.).
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Knowledge of additional CAD tools, simulation software, or PLM systems.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: USD $100,000 – $130,000 (actual pay based on skills, experience, and location).
