Overview:

We’re looking for motivated PhD students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice—bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work.

Research Objective:

1. Propose a thesis topic focused on robot cells or robot peripherals—define the industrial problem, goals, and expected impact on productivity, safety, or scalability.

2. Outline a clear project structure covering literature survey, design & simulation, prototyping & testing, timeline, deliverables, and how results integrate into our product roadmap.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present

• OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university

• Strong analytical thinking

• Solid grasp of technical interrelationships

• Familiarity with machine design and control engineering
