Overview:

In this key role, you will be responsible for strategic planning in close cooperation with the founders, manage central, cross-functional projects and ensure operational efficiency. You act as a link between the departments, support the development and maintenance of important stakeholder relationships and actively contribute to shaping the corporate culture and team development.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Partner with the founders to define and execute strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Project Management

  • Oversee key cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are achieved.

Operational Efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Communication & Reporting

  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring information flows effectively across teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Support key relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.

Leadership Support

  • Provide insights and prepare materials for leadership meetings, board updates, and strategic discussions.

Culture & Team Development

  • Work closely with HR to shape team culture, manage hiring initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations roles, ideally within a startup, tech company, or fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Jira).
