Key Responsibilities

As Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts, you will play a central role in the ongoing development of our customer base and the Company's long-term strategic direction. Your main tasks include:

  • Network maintenance and expansion: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery and 3PL sectors.
  • Strategic client development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within our existing and potential client portfolio.
  • Go-to-market strategies (G2M): Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to boost sales and expand market share.
  • Market analysis: Identifying trends and customer demands to best position our AI solutions.
  • Willingness to travel: On-site support for our strategic accounts (up to 50% on-the-road travel required).
Qualifications

You are a network powerhouse in the logistics industry and have the right mindset for a growing scale-up. Ideally, you fulfill the following qualities:

  • Network in intralogistics: you have in-depth contacts and a good understanding of the logistics and industrial sector.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment: You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth in a dynamic company.
  • Go-to-market expertise: Proven success in developing and implementing G2M strategies.
  • Technical background: Ideally an engineering degree or equivalent qualification to best understand our technically demanding products.
  • Customer focus: Strong communication and negotiation skills coupled with a clear focus on our customers' needs.
  • Team and structure building: Recruiting, building and developing a team as well as optimizing existing processes and implementing efficient structures that support our growth.
  • Willingness to travel: Flexibility for regular customer visits (up to 50% on-the-road travel required).
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
