<div> <h5><b>Tasks</b></h5> <ul> <li>Research the current state of the art of vacuum grippers and their controls</li> <li>Evaluate potential products and integration solutions</li> <li>Design the next generation of multi-suction grippers</li> <li>Evaluate concepts</li> <li>Set up test facilities</li> </ul> <h5><b>Must-have Skills</b></h5> <ul> <li>Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field from the second semester onwards</li> <li>Conscientious and independent work style combined with a hands-on mentality to master diverse tasks</li> <li>Experience with CAD, ideally SolidWorks</li> <li>Skilled craftsmanship</li> <li>Technical understanding and interest in robotics topics</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Very good communication skills in German or English (ideally in both)</li> </ul> <h5><b>Nice-to-have Skills</b></h5> <ul> <li>Experience with pneumatics and vacuum technology</li> <li>Initial practical experience in robotics and automation</li> <li>Class B driving license</li> <li>CAM knowledge</li> <li>Experience in controlling actuators and sensors with a microcontroller or other embedded systems</li> </ul> <p></p> </div>
