Your role

As a working student in Talent Management, you will support our team in the planning, coordination and implementation of various HR measures. You will work closely with the individual departments to optimise the recruitment process and ensure a positive application experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation of recruitment measures and applicant management
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of interviews and assessment testing
• Maintaining talent databases and supporting the documentation of HR processes
• Contributing to the development and implementation of talent retention and development strategies
• Support with administrative tasks in the HR area
• Collaboration in the improvement of HR processes and the maintenance of talent networks

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, psychology or a related degree programme with a focus on human resources
• Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work
• High level of communication skills in German and English
• Independence and a sense of responsibility
