Key Responsibilities:

• Working with our machine learning team to automate, manage, and validate our data collection and training pipelines and processes
• Training, monitoring, and validating our deep learning perception models and architectures
• Executing hands on machine learning with PyTorch, deep learning concepts and popular models/architectures, tools, and techniques
• Building ML pipelines, product features, tooling for visualization and diagnosing ML models, tooling for data analytics, and contributing to production quality software

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or higher degree in computer science or related engineering field
• Excellent Python programming skills Experience with PyTorch or a similar deep learning framework
• Knowledge of key concepts in machine learning (particularly deep learning) and data science
• Strong ethic of self-reliance and the initiative to do whatever is needed to solve a problem
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to deliver under aggressive schedules
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience with classical machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Experience with 3D scene understanding and object detection/segmentation from sensor vision
• Experience working independently on large, shared code bases and infrastructure
