Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge technologies to enable the transfer of robot knowledge from simulation environments to the real world
• Design and develop a robust framework that leverages feature space/task space reinforcement learning techniques to facilitate efficient knowledge transfer
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of the developed framework using robotics manipulation applications

Qualifications:

• Computer Science, Information technology, Robotics, and Reinforcement Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python/C++ programming languages
• Experience working with the Mujoco Simulation Environment
• Solid understanding of robotics principles and reinforcement learning concepts
• Hands-on experience working in a Linux environment
• Knowledge of software development and version control using Git or similar
• Experience working with robots and robotic sensors: e.g. 3D cameras, force-torque sensors and grippers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
