Own and project manage our bi-annual Fronteer Development Cycle end-to-end, including timelines, communications, enablement resources, logistics, and facilitating performance calibration sessions to ensure a consistent and manager-friendly experience
Lead engagement survey action planning with GTM leaders, translating results into clear, practical next steps and tracking follow-through
Build and deliver foundational manager enablement programs (e.g., manager onboarding, goal-setting workshops, feedback training), turning frameworks into practical, easy-to-use sessions and resources
Create and maintain clear, structured manager-facing documentation and learning content in tools like Notion and Sana, ensuring resources are organized and accessible
Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders to operationalize and continuously improve People programs that support Front’s culture and growth
