As a new business Sales Manager you will lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives within a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the new business team, the development of your team, and Front’s success. This role will require strategy, urgency, and the ability to drive a team to exceeding revenue targets.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Own the SMB strategy — including segmentation, territory planning, and pipeline coverage.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, conversion, and customer retention.

  • Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion across the funnel.

  • Drive forecast accuracy and maintain a data-driven view of performance across your team.

  • Hire and onboard new AEs, ensuring a strong ramp and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Act as a player-coach — joining key customer calls and modeling best-in-class discovery, value selling, and deal execution.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years leading an SMB or inside sales team.

  • Proven track record of helping teams consistently exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of the SMB SaaS motion — high velocity, transactional cycles, and CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred).

  • Excellent coaching and communication skills — you inspire through clarity, accountability, and empathy.

  • Analytical and operational mindset: you use data to guide decisions and improve execution.

  • Passion for customer experience and Front’s mission to make work more human.
