We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our growing APAC team in a hybrid role that combines Sales Development and Customer Success. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our Singapore office and play a critical role in our expansion into key Asian markets, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and others. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and ensuring the success of our existing customers in the region.

This role is central to our 2026 APAC strategy, which aims to build a scalable and repeatable model to capture the significant market opportunity in the region. You will work in a collaborative “POD” structure alongside our Account Executives, contributing directly to our goal of achieving significant growth in new business ARR.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
  • Execute a sophisticated, multi-touch outreach strategy to engage key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.
  • Leverage our AI-powered tools to deliver hyper-personalized messaging and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, generate qualified sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage AI-driven outreach campaigns.
Customer Success:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our APAC customers, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of the Xeneta platform.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform our product and service development.
The split between these roles will be approximately 50/50.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS or logistics industry.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value.
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to be a part of a company that is transforming an industry.
Additionally, you are fluent in English. Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.
