🪄 What you'll own:

• Run the full recruiting cycle end-to-end - from job brief to signed offer

• Actively source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, events, and beyond

• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define what "great" looks like for each role

• Build and nurture a pipeline of engaged candidates, even for roles we're not hiring for yet

• Help us keep our hiring process sharp, fair, and candidate-friendly as we scale

• Contribute to employer branding and recruiting initiatives that make Workerbase stand out

🤝 What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Startup experience - ideally Series A/B - where you've had to be scrappy and resourceful

• A knack for finding and engaging great candidates through creative sourcing, not just inbound

• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and actually enjoys figuring things out as you go

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles without dropping the ball

• Genuine excitement about the manufacturing space (or at least a curiosity about it)
