🪄 What you’ll do

• Support active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Help screen applications and coordinate interviews.

• Improve job postings and employer branding content.

• Maintain and optimize candidate data in our ATS.

• Support recruiting projects (events, referrals, process improvements).

• Experiment with AI tools to make recruiting smarter and more efficient.

🤝 You’re a fit if you

• Are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

• Are studying Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (e.g. HR, Economics, Social Sciences).

• Are interested in people, recruiting, or talent development - prior experience is a plus, but not required.

• Are curious, proactive, and structured in how you work.

• Communicate clearly in German and English.

• Enjoy learning, asking questions, and taking ownership.

• Are based in Munich and happy to work from the office.
