We’re looking for a Working Student in Recruiting who wants to learn how modern hiring actually works - beyond CV screening and admin tasks. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team and get real responsibility from day one.

🪄 What you’ll do
Support active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Help screen applications and coordinate interviews.
Improve job postings and employer branding content.
Maintain and optimize candidate data in our ATS.
Support recruiting projects (events, referrals, process improvements).

Experiment with AI tools to make recruiting smarter and more efficient.
🤝 You’re a fit if you
Are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Are studying Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (e.g. HR, Economics, Social Sciences).
Are interested in people, recruiting, or talent development - prior experience is a plus, but not required.
Are curious, proactive, and structured in how you work.
Communicate clearly in German and English.
Enjoy learning, asking questions, and taking ownership.
Are based in Munich and happy to work from the office.
