⭐ What makes this role so exciting:
Content ≠ writing ✍️
This is not a classic content writer role. Your focus is content engineering: designing, structuring, and placing content so it drives real business outcomes across the buyer journey.
Work close to revenue 💰
You’ll create content that directly supports sales - landing pages, sales enablement, customer stories, webinars, and event formats - and see the impact of your work quickly.
AI-first content creation 🤖
We expect you to use AI as a core tool, not a gimmick. You’ll leverage AI to create, adapt, and repurpose content at scale while keeping quality and narrative consistency high.
Strategic ownership 🚀
You won’t just produce content. You’ll decide what content is needed, where it should live, and how it should be reused across channels and funnel stages.
🪄 What we will trust you with is:
Design and execute a content strategy across the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision).

Create and optimize content for:
Landing pages
Sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, narratives)
Webinars and breakfast events
Customer stories and case studies
Content offers and campaigns
Use AI tools to scale content creation, adaptation, and repurposing.
Turn existing materials (sales calls, decks, workshops, product insights) into high-impact content.
Work closely with sales to understand real customer objections, language, and decision drivers.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve how content supports pipeline and revenue.
🤝 We want YOU because:
Have 2+ years of experience in B2B content, product marketing, or content strategy (not fresh out of university).
Have worked in a startup or scale-up environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Think in stories and systems, not just single pieces of content.
Are confident using AI tools to create content faster, smarter, and at scale.
Understand that good content is about placement, timing, and context - not volume.
Enjoy collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Are based in Munich (or willing to relocate) and value in-person collaboration.
Bonus (nice to have):
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial tech, or complex B2B products.
Experience repurposing content across formats and channels.
