🪄 What you’ll do
Help customers troubleshoot issues and find fast, effective solutions.
You represent the company with professional and concise communication.
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tickets.
Work closely with our Customer Operations and Product teams to track recurring topics and propose improvements.
Keep our internal knowledge base up to date.
Contribute to creating a great customer experience end-to-end.
🤝 You’re a fit if you
Are currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) - ideally in engineering, business or a related field.
Are fluent in English (C1 level or above), German is a plus.
Are a problem solver who enjoys helping people and learning about technology.
Communicate clearly and take responsibility for follow-ups.
Can work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple requests at once.
Bonus: You’ve worked with SaaS tools or have experience in tech support, helpdesk, or customer service.
