🪄 What you’ll do

  • Help customers troubleshoot issues and find fast, effective solutions.

  • You represent the company with professional and concise communication.

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tickets.

  • Work closely with our Customer Operations and Product teams to track recurring topics and propose improvements.

  • Keep our internal knowledge base up to date.

  • Contribute to creating a great customer experience end-to-end.

🤝 You’re a fit if you

  • Are currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) - ideally in engineering, business or a related field.

  • Are fluent in English (C1 level or above), German is a plus.

  • Are a problem solver who enjoys helping people and learning about technology.

  • Communicate clearly and take responsibility for follow-ups.

  • Can work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple requests at once.

  • Bonus: You’ve worked with SaaS tools or have experience in tech support, helpdesk, or customer service.
