We are Workerbase - an ambitious team working on an innovative software platform that helps digitize manual working processes. So far, we gained trust with Fortune 500 companies such as Porsche, Siemens, Gazelle Bikes, and many others, who are using our platform to optimize their workflows. We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.
Now we need a Marketing Lead to help us reach the next milestone.🚀

🪄 What we will trust you with is:
Full ownership of the marketing function
Designing and executing online and offline campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and improving based on insights
Managing and growing the internal marketing team and external agencies
Ensuring smooth marketing operations with a data-driven structure and clear reporting
Defining our propositions and marketing messages in close collaboration with product, sales, and customer success
Owning and optimizing our digital presence: including the website, content, and conversion flows
Building and managing a scalable lead generation engine to ensure a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads
Driving the entire funnel - from first touch to sales-accepted leads

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B software marketing, with a clear track record of owning and scaling results
You’re not just strategic — you execute. You build campaigns, write briefs, optimize pages, and track metrics
You’ve owned the full marketing funnel and can talk us through how you’ve moved leads from click to close
You’re passionate about how AI is reshaping the marketing playbook - you stay ahead of trends and already use it to achieve even better results
Experience in enterprise software or the manufacturing industry is a strong plus
You thrive on autonomy and ownership, and you build pragmatic processes that drive results
You're fluent in English (German is a plus)
