🪄 What we will trust you with is

  • Ensuring sales performance and consistent delivery against sales targets

  • Organizing regular client meetings to discuss their requirements

  • Owning key accounts for our Fortune 500 customers

  • Creating detailed sales business plans and sales support processes

  • Working with the marketing and customer success team to generate company wide insights to increase sales performance

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or in similar roles

  • You have a proven track record to repeatedly hitting ambitious sales targets

  • You have experience in B2B Software , ideally in the manufacturing industry

  • You have a positive attitude, and you are passionate and curious about your work

  • You proved to achieve long-term goals because you have stamina and remain motivated

  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbally

  • You are a great communicator and storyteller, and you have good negotiation skills

  • You align with our company values - you are an ambitious self starter, who is passionate about their work and loves to work in a team environment!
