• You educate customers to fully understand and embrace the WORKERBASE platform for their projects and enable them to build solutions on their own

• You own our customer relationships by monitoring their projects, and by making sure that everything runs smoothy

• You address any potential issues and problems with the customer

• Securing growth

• You identify growth potential at your customers and engage the relevant stakeholders at senior levels

• You are a self-starter, ready to take over projects from day one

• You have a background in industrial engineering

• You have an excellent ability to design and document processes

• You are experienced in manufacturing and have knowledge of production methodologies

• Your German language skills are on level C1 or above
