We are growing fast and looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their success with using Workable Recruiting & HR. You will proactively engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing support. You will build relationships, understand their needs, and provide them with the right solutions to achieve their recruiting and HR goals. A top priority for this year is launching a white-glove implementation process for our new HRIS product.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. You must have a passion for customer success and be highly motivated to help our customers succeed. You should be comfortable in a metrics-based environment, able to prioritize your time well and enjoy creatively solving problems. You’ll do well if you embrace change, always look for opportunities to improve processes, and are looking for an opportunity to grow.
