We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for an Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting and driving revenue growth by connecting with key decision makers in target accounts.

- Develop and execute strategies for outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential new customers.
- Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to engage prospects and set up sales meetings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to strategically position Workable in the market.
- Work with Business Development Representative to ensure best practices and learnings are shared across the team.
