Why we need this role

Our sales team was one person a couple of months ago, with Eric leading the charge. We now have Brad our Senior Account Executive and Kallie who's joined as a Sales Development Associate. We're searching for another Sales Development Associate to support Kallie and build out what outreach looks like at Junction. The entire team at Junction is 25, so you'll have huge impact and lots of growth!

What you’ll be owning
All early stages of our sales process so that’s; owning our outreach targets; identifying new business and making sure the business is prioritising efforts in the best way possible. We’re all about quantity over quality at Junction to make sure we’re providing the best solution for our customers and ultimately the patients/users.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Finding and reaching out to potential new customers via emails, Linkedin and other tools

  • Qualifying these potential customers and providing useful context before setting up calls

  • Driving outbound efforts to make sure we have a steady flow of leads coming through

  • Running market research to understand industry news and potential new customers

  • Managing our customer relationship tool so all information is in one place

  • Sharing outbound and pipeline progress with the leadership team regularly

What this role isn’t responsible for but can contribute to

  • Owning initial sales calls, there may be a few to join and support on

  • Closing, negotiating new customer contracts - this will be Eric and Brad's focus

  • Organising conferences or events for our customers

  • You have experience handling objections in a sales environment

  • You have a process for generating high volumes of quality leads in a fast paced company

  • Presentation with Eric / Maitham + Jackson on the team - 60 minutes

  • Founder interview with Maitham our CEO - 45 minutes

Compensation

  • Salary: $60 - $70K depending on experience + $30,000 OTE

  • Your salary is dependant on your location and experience level, generated by our salary calculator. Our compensation is based on San Francisco as a location paying 50th percentile. More information is in our handbook here.

  • Generous early stage options (extended exercise post 2 years employment) - you will receive 3 offers based on how much equity you'd like

  • Regular in person offsites, last were in Morocco and Tenerife

  • Bi-weekly team happy hours & events remotely
