TradeLink is building the leading platform for collaborative logistics processes in Europe. Our ambition goes beyond process digitization: we're developing TradeLink AI-first, evolving it from an operational tool into a strategic control layer for decision-makers and their teams in logistics. To make that happen, we work in small, focused pods instead of classic silo structures – with real accountability for outcomes rather than rigid role profiles. You'll work on real operational problems in one of Europe's most complex industries, with measurable impact for our customers, short decision-making paths, and an environment that takes ownership and excellence seriously.

Your responsibilities

• You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React)

• You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)

• You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand

• You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration

• You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability

• You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems

• You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning

• You support and unblock other engineers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React)

• Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership

• Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality

• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity

• Product mindset with a focus on user value

• Fluent in English and German

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments

• Experience with customer integration projects

• Background in the logistics industry
