As our B2B Digital Marketing Lead you will be the first person on the ground to set up all digital marketing activities at TradeLink. As part of our Demand Squad you will directly contribute to TradeLink's commercial growth by generating qualified leads, increasing organic traffic, and boosting brand awareness through data-driven campaigns.
🔖YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own the following four core areas:
- You develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive high-quality inbound leads and conversion rates
- You design campaigns targeting low, mid, and high-intent audiences
- You create nurturing strategies and manage CRM campaigns to engage and move leads through the marketing funnel
- You craft personalized, impactful content to guide prospects and customers across the buyer’s journey
- You collaborate with our Customer Success team to run marketing campaigns and create materials aimed at customer retention and expansion
- You track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- You optimize campaigns and refine strategies for maximum ROI based on your data

✏️ WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on inbound lead generation and nurturing campaigns in B2B SaaS
- You have experience in crafting targeted messaging and creating impactful content
- Youre able to design compelling, customer-centric marketing campaigns tailored to varying audience intents
- You have a data-driven approach to measuring campaign success and optimizing strategies and the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
- You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing
- You bring expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and or other relevant channels
- You have a native level of written and spoken German
- You're a self-starter and are looking forward to owning marketing strategies from ideation to execution
- You'd love to grow with us, be the first person on ground to build our Digital Marketing function hands on, and you are passionate about early stage Start Up environments
