With a focus on providing the safest, most equitable and most sustainable mobility solution, TIER has been climate neutral since 2020. </p><p><strong>THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER </strong></p><p>Under the leadership of the Director People Operations, and dotted line to the Business Partners, the Senior People Operations Manager owns full employee experience for [the country/region]. </p><ul> <li>Responsible for ensuring the day to day People functions are performed in accordance with policies and procedures and People best practice </li> <li>Be the go to senior point of contact and/or escalation for our General Managers and employees in [insert Region] </li> <li>Provide direct advice and guidance to employees and local managers on local People policies, procedures and legislations </li> <li>Own operational processes and responsible for setting the standards and direction of HR operations ● Implementation and execution on changes, company policies and local employees’ benefits (and payroll until centralised) </li> <li>Be able to handle operational tasks including (but not limited to): Contract generation, on/off boarding, performance related topics, compliance and all necessary administration in alignment with central processes </li> <li>You will be working closely with other Senior People Ops Managers and you will support 1+ People Ops Associates and/or working students/interns so experience or a desire to lead, develop, and support junior team members with their personal and professional growth, is key </li> <li>Deliver and participate in the development of key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including but not limited to L&amp;D, benefits, feedback culture, etc </li> <li>Act as the point of contact for questions concerning labour law in collaboration with our legal department ● Manage work councils within the region[s] where applicable </li> <li>Build and constantly improve existing People Operations processes </li> <li>Support recruiting processes with the local teams if needed </li> </ul><p><strong>YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><ul> <li>You are a strong people and team leader with at least 5+ years of experience in People roles (HRBP or People Ops lead role </li> <li>You have strong project management and analytical skills </li> <li>You have an ability to move from strategic thinking to granular analysis </li> <li>you like to find pragmatic solutions to problems </li> <li>You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision </li> <li>You have a ‘get things done’ mentality and passion for people </li> <li>Expertise in labour law and administrative HR/People topics [for insert region] </li> <li>Eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organisation </li> <li>Excellent communication in [insert language and] English - [insert secondary language] is an advantage ● Excited to build-up People Excellence both centrally and regional </li> <li>Have the ability to lead global projects from inception to operation</li> </ul><p><strong>GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM </strong></p><p>You will be joining the team where the journey starts at TIER: The People Operations team is driven by the mission to onboard, serve and support the best talent to change mobility for good.
