🏗 What You’ll Do
To date, our technical challenges encompass :
Building data pipelines, scraping & structuring tenders from hundreds of sources, ensuring adequate performances
Build RAGs workflows, ingesting documents, writing prompts, evaluating responses, building datasets
Ensure amazing UX on a collaborative productivity app, used daily by hundred of companies
Innovate on a product that has never existed before : a bid response software to write hundred of relevant pages, in minutes, not weeks

⚙️ Process
Initial call with Yoann to discuss the role (15 min),
Interview with Yoann (CTO) to understand your previous experiences (45 min)
Case & Technical interview (on site) with Yoann, CTO (1h30)
Interview with Hugues, CEO (45 min - on site) + meet other team members (20 min)

🏡 We are remote-friendly, although this is not a full-time remote position. We think in-person collaboration reinforces team spirit and foster quick iterations, which is essential for an early stage startup. Rule of thumb is at least 2 days / week in the office.
