What is Showbie?

Showbie is a digital learning platform that helps improve teaching and learning at scale. We support K-12 schools and educators in delivering more consistent, personalized, and impactful learning experiences by combining research-based pedagogy with simple, powerful technology.

Our platform brings together core elements of effective teaching - feedback, assessment, instruction, and independent practice - in one easy-to-use, iPad-optimized experience. Used by millions of teachers and students around the world, Showbie empowers educators to make the most of every learning moment.

We’re proudly headquartered in Edmonton, Canada, with a remote-first team based across the UK, Sweden, and Norway. At Showbie, we lead with care, seek perspectives, and are driven by purpose - working together to support schools and districts before, during, and after rollout with empathy, expertise, and a shared belief in every learner’s unique potential.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our partner ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for enabling our partners to successfully promote Showbie, generate leads, and meet annual marketing commitments through a mix of scalable self-serve campaigns and toolkits, and tailored support for our top tier partners.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive results through collaboration, automation, and accountability. You’ll play a key role in building awareness of Showbie in key regions, growing our indirect pipeline, and ensuring partner marketing efforts are high quality, measurable, and aligned to our brand.

This position is remote - work from anywhere within the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a scalable partner / channel marketing program that supports partner-led lead generation, customer retention, awareness building, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain self-serve campaign kits (emails, social copy, assets, webinar templates) for partners across tiers.
  • Plan and execute partner campaigns in both acquisition and retention contexts.
  • Provide direct co-marketing support and develop annual custom marketing plans for Showbie’s Platinum-tier partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure completion of annual program commitments, including annual events and case studies.
  • Support and coordinate the creation of partner-led case studies, working with internal stakeholders to guide narrative quality, tone, and strategic fit.
  • Provide campaign onboarding and guidance for partners with limited marketing capacity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to align messaging, track leads, and report on partner performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and campaign usage, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Support field marketing initiatives or partner-hosted events to increase brand visibility and event effectiveness.
  • Participate in quarterly partner pipeline reviews to recap completed marketing activities, evaluate campaign performance, and align on upcoming co-marketing opportunities and priorities.
  • Support onboarding of new partners by explaining Showbie’s program structure, available marketing supports, MDF usage, and expectations by tier.
  • Support on direct field marketing and community engagement efforts, such as coordinating presence at trade shows or conferences and events or activities that strengthen relationships with influential customers and raise brand visibility in target regions.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of growing indirect pipeline and supporting customer retention through partner co-marketing.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships at varying levels of engagement.
  • Strategically manage and negotiate Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximize impact, balancing cost-efficiency with partner value. Ensure funds are used effectively to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - you’re able to confidently present marketing plans, onboard partners, and facilitate campaign reviews.
  • Data-driven approach with experience tracking partner performance and marketing ROI (lead generation, retention outcomes, and campaign engagement).
  • An instructional mindset, with the ability to build toolkits and explain marketing concepts to a range of audiences.
  • Comfortable and up for the challenge of working across different cultures and regions, adjusting for local market needs and partner capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency in co-branded assets, lead tracking, and partner deliverables.
  • Highly collaborative, with a continuous learning mindset and a proactive approach to building trust and accountability with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot a plus).
  • Confident and comfortable participating in external-facing marketing activities - from trade shows and conferences to customer meetups, community events or live webinars. You enjoy real-world engagement with customers and prospects and representing a brand in-person.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Apple resellers or in education-focused partner ecosystems.

  • The autonomy to make decisions and execute them. We’re growing, but we’re a small team. Everything you do makes a difference and your input will always be celebrated.
  • Transparency. You will always be kept up to date on the company strategy through regular town halls.
  • We offer a flexible work environment. Work from the office (if you’re in, or visiting Edmonton), a coffee shop, or from home, or any combination that makes you comfortable. Because sometimes you do your best work in your slippers.
  • We value work-life balance. When we're at work we're excited and focused on building a great product. We also know that going “home” (or simply closing your laptop) and not working weekends or Holidays makes us even more excited to come to work and do great things.
  • While we take government holidays off, if they aren't ones that align with your personal or cultural beliefs, we have a swapping program that ensures you get the days that work best for you.
  • Casual afternoon socials, team events, hackathons, awesome Holiday parties, and a team that actually likes to hang out with one another.
  • Access to a Health and Wellness Spending Account.
  • Minimum three weeks vacation plus a week of flex time and time off during December Holidays.

Check out our Work at Showbie page to learn a little bit about our company culture and the benefits we offer to our team. We pride ourselves on a company culture that values the whole you. We like to have fun as much as we like to work.

This role is based in: United Kingdom, working 100% remotely.

Please note, we will only contact successful applicants about progressing through our interview process. In full transparency, our interview steps typically look a bit like the following:

  • Step 1: Phone chat: 30ish minutes with either a team lead or someone from our People team to ensure qualifications and alignment of expectations.
  • Step 2: A little bit of homework - this is a take-home assignment so take your time and don’t sweat about us looking over your shoulder while you complete it. We want to get a sense of how you think and solve problems.
  • Step 3: “Panel” interview - have a conversation with the people whose team you might be working with. They want to discuss your homework and get to know you more. Team connection is super important to us because ultimately, you will work with these people every day.
  • Step 4: Values chat - you’ll meet with our VP People Operations or another senior manager to ensure it’s a fit on both sides. We get it, sometimes in an interview you don’t get to ask all the burning questions - now is your chance!
  • Step 5: References and possible background check - we will always ask permission and give you more details about this step after our Values chat.
  • Step 6: It’s offer time!

*This process is subject to changes but we will always ensure you know what to expect and when you can expect it - we want you to feel comfortable through this process.

**Don't meet all the expectations, or experience requirements listed here? Please apply anyways!

***If you need any accommodations during the interview process (whether it be tools, time, or accessibility requests - please don’t hesitate to let us know!)
