The Role
You’ll amplify the impact of our product teams by turning messy inputs into concrete outcomes: better ideas, clearer roadmaps, faster decisions, and reproducible operating routines. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role that sits at the center of product — running idea grooming, owning tooling and dashboards, closing feedback loops, and removing execution friction.
Turn ambiguity into clear work. Convert vague inputs (customer notes, research, sales asks) into scoped opportunities: hypothesis, success metric, stakeholders, and clear next step.
Operate & evolve the product ops stack. Own tools, templates and dashboards (roadmap tools, analytics, discovery trackers, feedback loop systems). Ensure product teams have one source of truth.
Surface timely insights. Build and maintain dashboards and dashboards-as-docs that show the right metrics to the right people at the right time (health metrics, experiment status, idea funnel).
Close the feedback loop. Ensure customer feedback, sales, support and frontline learnings reach the product and are actioned or triaged with owners.
Remove execution blockers. Work cross-functionally to unblock projects, clarify requirements, and identify risks early.

Your Background
3+ years in product operations, product analyst, UX research ops, product design ops, business analyst, or equivalent in B2B SaaS.
Curious, experiment-driven builder: treats tools as means, not answers; owns execution end-to-end.
Signal-to-action thinker: can discover and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into prioritized actions and clear next steps.
Excellent cross-functional communicator: you can run meetings, write concise briefs, and get buy-in.
Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage / fast-moving environments: you’ll wear multiple hats and iterate quickly.
