What you’ll do

As part of our Workplace team, you’ll help create a welcoming, efficient, and engaging environment across our Budapest and Denver offices. Your work will make a real impact on the daily experience of our teams.

• Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our Budapest office.

• Keep both offices running smoothly by managing daily operations and vendor relationships>

• Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for the team, supporting both local and international trips.

• Create a great workplace experience by coordinating office supplies, snacks, maintenance, and mail.

• Partner with teams to understand employee needs and help shape a vibrant, enjoyable workplace culture.

• Plan and support events, social activities, and key People initiatives like onboarding, off-boarding, and anniversaries.

• Support the management of company swag and employee gifts - from vendor coordination to logistics.
  
  

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about building a great employee experience.

• A collaborative, proactive approach with a can-do attitude.

• Global mindset and excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.

• Experience managing facilities challenges, vendors, and workplace programs.

• Strong budgeting and analytical skills.

• Comfortable using tools like Travelperk, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

• A genuine passion for creating exceptional workplaces.
