Now, with our first US office opening in Denver, this is your chance to join as our founding US BDR and help lead the charge.
Why this role?
Be the first – As our founding Business Development Representative (BDR) in the US, you’ll help shape our go-to-market playbook from the ground up, working directly with sales and marketing leadership to build and qualify a high-value pipeline.
Drive innovation at scale – You’ll introduce US customers to the next generation of CAD technology - multi-platform, intuitive, and fast - transforming how professionals design and manufacture physical products.

What you’ll do
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for strategic accounts
Engage with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
Research and analyze target companies, mapping key stakeholders and developing personalized campaigns
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and strong customer experience
Work with the US marketing team to refine messaging and support localized lead generation
Accurately log all outreach in Salesforce and report on pipeline metrics
Hit and exceed qualified new business opportunities that will drive our revenue growth
Leverage top-tier tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
What you’ll bring
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (ideally in SaaS or tech)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication - clear, confident, and customer-centric
A self-starter mindset. You’re proactive, organized, and can operate with autonomy
Resilience and adaptability - you thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (preferably Salesforce) and more
Curiosity about tech, design, and problem-solving
Collaborative, team-first approach
Bonus points if you
Have experience in CAD, design, or manufacturing industries
Have worked in a high-growth startup or SaaS company
Have experience as an early sales hire
