Fuel the future of Shapr3D’s growth – As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be on the front lines of our sales strategy, helping build and qualify a pipeline of high-value leads to accelerate our expansion.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for strategic and mid-market accounts
Engage with prospects via multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach strategies
Research and analyze target companies, identifying key decision-makers and adding them to outbound engagement campaigns
Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and an outstanding customer experience
Work hand-in-hand with Marketing to refine messaging and optimize lead generation efforts
Accurately document outreach activities, track prospect interactions, and maintain an up-to-date CRM (Salesforce)
Consistently meet or exceed activity goals, contributing directly to Shapr3D’s revenue growth
Leverage best-in-class sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce, to enhance prospecting and pipeline efficiency
What you'll bring
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven company
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Exceptional communication skills – articulate, persuasive, and able to clearly convey Shapr3D’s value proposition
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Resilience and adaptability – comfortable with rapid change and eager to test, iterate, and improve sales approaches
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
A passion for technology and a strong interest in understanding business challenges
A team-first mentality, with an eagerness to collaborate and share knowledge
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in CAD, design, or manufacturing industries
Have worked in a high-growth startup or SaaS company
Speak German or French, allowing you to engage with a broader range of international clients
