Within the organization

We are a small Data Team at Shapr3D, but we have a big impact. As our product becomes more complex and we make the transition from B2C to B2B, we are responsible for making sure that our data systems can handle the increased load and that people can get the information and insights they need quickly and easily.

We work with teams across the company as we believe that having a healthy data-informed mindset is essential to Shapr3D’s success. We are committed to building a world-class product and engineering organization, and we believe that our Data Team is essential to achieving this goal. We are here to keep the conversation honest, connect the dots and help our stakeholders evaluate the short and long-term impact of their decisions.

What you'll do

• Support IT systems, including Apple, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Okta, and Atlassian products.
• Manage access control for all IT-related services.
• Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of networks.
• Create, maintain, and document IT policies and procedures
• Maintain a physical inventory of IT hardware, including computers, peripherals, and accessories, and provide information for IT budgeting.
• Support live and streaming video events, and record and archive events as needed.

What you'll bring

• 2-3 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocol
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
• Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems and hardware
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in SOC2 and ISO implementation and compliance is a plus
