We are a small Data Team at Shapr3D, but we have a big impact. As our product becomes more complex and we make the transition from B2C to B2B, we are responsible for making sure that our data systems can handle the increased load and that people can get the information and insights they need quickly and easily.

What will you do?

• Own core data sets end-to-end. Ensure data quality, define metrics, create and maintain ETL/ELT flows, and make data visible and accessible through data visualization and dashboards.
• Improve data literacy within the company. Help stakeholders understand and use data effectively by answering their questions, providing training, and developing common data standards.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, experiments and report your findings to stakeholders. Use your data analysis skills to answer specific questions and solve problems for the business. Then, communicate your findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Partner with the marketing and sales team to leverage data to drive growth. Help the marketing team measure and evaluate various marketing channels, understand our customers to help them make better decisions about marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to collaborate in developing and maintaining the projects mentioned above and more! Our Data team (Data Analysts, Analytics Engineer and Data Engineer) works together to learn from each other, brainstorm about data-related problems and build a great data-informed culture in Shapr3D.

What will you need to be successful?

• Experience with creating and maintaining datasets, data visualization, and dashboards for business problems
• Strong data analysis (e.g. cohort and funnel analyses), communication skills and a business mindset
• Solid SQL foundations. Python knowledge and experimentation is a plus
• Experience in SaaS business and KPI settings, B2B experience is a plus
• A natural curiosity and a willingness to challenge yourself and try different solutions
• Willing to grow into a thought partner: ready to ask hard questions and challenge your stakeholders across all seniority levels

• Most of our code is written in Spark SQL and Python (sometimes PySpark)
