We’re looking for a versatile Senior Motion Graphics Designer who is a data-driven creative with a keen eye for detail. They should have a track record of creating various types of static and motion content from ideation to production and an eagerness to bring our visual content to the next level.

You’ll work closely with our product team to create all kinds of content to ensure that our users make the most out of our product and that our brand is created and represented in the best way possible. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll contribute to the growth of our user base by producing content for organic and paid acquisition channels, while also supporting our sales efforts with materials tailored to enterprise customers.

You’ll work in a team of multimedia designers and copywriters within the Marketing team, plus you’ll collaborate with key people from different teams across the company. You’ll report to Tibi Kolozsi.

What will you do?

• You will develop assets for both one-off and ongoing marketing initiatives, starting from website layouts, landing pages, and social media posts, all the way to live and remote events, swag, and more.
• You will work with key stakeholders to interpret high-level messaging and manage the production of the deliverable assets.
• You will collaborate closely with other content creators (copywriters, multimedia designers, modellers) as well as with social media and product managers.
• You will cooperate with the content team to create storyboards.
• You raise the bar of design thinking and execution across all of our brand touch points, from campaign creative direction and brand guidelines to public-facing content creation and internal communications.
• You will collect and evaluate analytics to understand and report on content performance and use data to inform ideation for new projects

What will you need to be successful?

• You have experience in both digital graphics design and motion design.
• You have a flair for creative storytelling and enjoy actively participating in ideation sessions.
• You feel confident working across multiple teams and with external contractors, maintaining a productive and organized workflow.
• You can leverage knowledge of which styles work with what platforms and audiences, maintaining our brand voice consistent throughout.
• You stay up-to-date with new editing technology and styles for content creation that we can test with our audience and use to take our content to the next level.
• You can put Shapr3D users first. Let their needs guide us to the best solutions.
• You have experience in using 3D design and multimedia editing software.
• You are a fluent English speaker with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Psst! A big plus would be previous experience with CAD
