The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our RevOps team, taking ownership of marketing campaign execution, process automation, and enhancing reporting and analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, working hands-on with best-in-class technology while making a direct impact on the business.
By optimising marketing automation, data accuracy, and reporting, you'll play a crucial role in demand generation, pipeline efficiency, and marketing effectiveness—ultimately driving revenue impact. Your work will ensure operational excellence across the marketing function, equipping the team with the tools and insights they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our marketing tech stack and integrations, with a strong focus on HubSpot and Salesforce primarily
  • Optimise existing marketing automation workflows and implement new ones as required for accuracy, speed, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation and analytics systems
  • Support the marketing team through automation and reporting, whilst acting as a strategic partner to all GTM functions
  • Monitor and report on lead volume and conversion performance against company objectives.
  • Manage the backend of marketing, sales, and customer success-led campaigns, from design and tracking progress through execution and analysis
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights of what’s working and what's not
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to report on key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Not just reporting—analyse data to draw meaningful insights to help drive decisions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Marketing policies and procedures, ensuring process adherence and SLA compliance
  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing operations and propose scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience of relevant marketing operations experience, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models
  • Strong technical fluency in HubSpot, Conversational marketing tools (e.g. Qualified, Drift), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with data manipulation, reporting and analysis
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Open mentality and willingness to learn more
  • Nice-to-have: Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, such as predictive analytics, chat automation, or AI-driven customer segmentation
