🔭 What you will work on
Your mission
Build and elevate Root’s brand through high-quality content and impactful events, cementing Root’s position as the undisputed leader in our category: unlocking and reducing farm-level emissions.
📅 Over the next months you will…
Craft content and events that support Root’s GTM strategy
Create webinars and other content pieces highly targeted to our ICP
Organise and execute Root’s event strategy, including our presence at key industry events
Work closely with Product Marketing and Country Leads to tailor high-impact content
Leverage strategic partnerships and customer relationships to create co-branded content pieces
Evaluate, test, and explore new avenues to enhance Root’s brand presence and comms across industry verticals
Own and optimise Root’s editorial calendar
Own Root’s editorial calendar, driving coordinated content distribution across our website, marketing email newsletter, social, PR, and print media to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence that brings Root’s mission, expertise, and personality to life
Measure, analyse, and optimise performance of content and events, continually sharing insights and improving conversion rates, attendance, and desired outcomes
Serve as Root’s brand guardian, ensuring consistency in TOV, messaging, and narrative across every touchpoint
Build Root’s reputation as a thought leader
Support with the production of thought leadership pieces, translating our learnings and insights into clear, sharp, and engaging narratives
Help to build the profiles of our CEO and climate experts by securing relevant speaking slots, interviews and guest-article placements
🧺 What you bring along
3+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally in climate, sustainability, compliance, logistics, or other complex industries
Native written and spoken German, and fluent English
Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail, clarity, and accuracy across long-form, short-form, and executive-level content
Willingness to develop a deep understanding of F&B supply chains, climate, and farm-level emissions, and decarbonisation
Knowledge of and comfort with working with different content mediums (digital, print, video, audio, etc)
Proven ability to craft engaging content that influences markets, builds brand presence, and converts new customers
Experience with CMS tools (ideally HubSpot, Framer), analytics platforms, and SEO tooling
Experience creating content for and organising B2B events
Operate as a highly organised project manager with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on mindset, comfortable testing new ideas and thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments
Nice to have: Fluency in additional EU languages
Nice to have: Figma knowledge and graphic design skills
