About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to advise across commercial, regulatory, and product matters. You’ll be providing compliance and legal guidance on new products, credit programmes, and the promotion of financial features, as well as supporting expansion into new territories.

What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensuring clear, compliant, and business-aligned contract terms across multiple jurisdictions
- Providing timely legal support on day-to-day queries across local and global operations
- Enabling fast, informed decision-making across commercial and product teams
- Acting as lead counsel on strategic transactions and complex commercial arrangements
- Resolving issues in ongoing partnerships, and managing pre-litigation matters where required
- Developing and implementing efficient contract negotiation and vendor management processes
- Streamlining workflows to improve speed, consistency, and scalability
- Creating and maintaining standard form agreements and legal templates
- Reducing reliance on legal review through simplified, self-serve documentation frameworks
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in legal practice within in-house, litigation, or commercial environments
- Exposure to handling complex legal matters under tight deadlines
- An impressive academic background in law or related discipline
- Solid theoretical and analytical foundations
- The ability to manage both strategic advisory work and hands-on execution
- To be able to balance leadership responsibilities with day-to-day legal delivery
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams
- The ability to build trust and align with stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- A track record of delivering high-quality work in time-sensitive contexts
- The ability to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and judgment
