About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Head of Finance who'll build and lead the local finance team. You'll oversee an array of financial aspects, from strategy and control to reporting and regulatory management.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning all regulatory, prudential, and statutory financial reporting
- Acting as the primary finance contact for local financial regulators and external auditors
- Leading capital, liquidity, and balance sheet oversight in close partnership with Risk and Treasury
- Establishing and maintaining a financial governance and control framework to ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Building and running the local finance function from the ground up, including accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes
- Delivering budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and executive performance analysis
- Ensuring accurate and timely group reporting and consolidation inputs
- Supporting the CEO and Board with financial insights for strategic decision-making and growth
- Partnering with Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Product teams to support new product launches in a regulated environment
- Hiring and scaling the local finance team as the entity grows
What you'll need
- A CPA or equivalent international accounting designation
- Proven experience signing or overseeing statutory financial statements in a regulated financial institution
- 10+ years of senior finance experience within a regulated banking or deposit-taking institution
- Expertise in regulatory and prudential financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with capital and liquidity reporting and balance sheet oversight
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
- Experience building or significantly enhancing finance controls and governance frameworks
- Experience working closely with financial regulators and external auditors
- Experience operating within a group/parent company structure, including consolidation and policy alignment
- Solid executive communication skills with exposure to CEO and board-level reporting
- The ability to operate independently and build a function from scratch in a fast-growth environment
