About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to provide technical support on the implementation and extension of our Axiom platform to meet global regulatory obligations and business needs.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the Axiom platform end-to-end, including workflow execution, file configurations, debugging, setting reporting calendars, and resolving solution/data/platform issues
- Leading or supporting Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions
- Administering Axiom workflows and templates, including mapping object changes, maintaining workflows, and building custom reports
- Maintaining platform security by managing user groups and assigning permissions based on entity and geography
- Coordinating with internal and external technology teams to resolve user issues and deliver timely platform fixes
- Supporting software upgrades and platform enhancements to improve performance and reliability
- Translating business goals into structured business requirements and functional specifications
- Developing and maintaining documentation and playbooks to support repeatable, scalable delivery
- Assisting global regulatory teams with EBA reporting (e.g., CoRep, FinRep), collaborating across Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment and delivery
- Performing gap analyses, identifying root causes, and escalating risks where appropriate
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation
- Knowledge of financial products, including a detailed understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements
- Experience maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations, including managing platform/solution upgrade cycles and workflow orchestration
- Experience designing and building custom (freeform) reports in Axiom, workflows for calculation, and aggregation of input data
- Expertise in documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, particularly EBA reporting frameworks like COREP and FINREP
- A track record of performing UAT, preparing detailed test cases, and working with developers and business users to ensure a smooth implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience implementing taxonomy modules and validation rules
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN12,700 - PLN15,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
