  • Arranging execution of various corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions, KYC-related documents, extracts, forms, and applications
  • Assisting the Legal team in ensuring that local management, supervisory bodies, and their committees comply with relevant local legislation and regulations
  • Overseeing that necessary statutory registers and files are up to date and fillings are made with relevant company registers
  • Delivering high-impact initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross-functional initiatives
  • Representing Revolut in Colombia vis-a-vis third parties, mainly legal registers, notaries, and other public institutions

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably with recent experience in financial services or technology
  • A solid understanding and knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
  • Excellent attention to details
  • The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively, and to draft clear and effective minutes
  • Deep knowledge of the Colombian Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and local Superintendence regulations
  • Skills and experience to own legal entity compliance activity with minimal support
  • A focus on client delivery, resilience, and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders while providing clear and succinct governance advice
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience managing legal or governance entities in Peru or Argentina, or familiarity with their specific filing authorities (e.g., IGJ in Argentina)
