We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager to lead brand optimisation and improve our brand visibility, sentiment, and performance with SEO and AI-driven search tools (GEO).
You'll implement strategies that enhance organic rankings in traditional search engines, like Google and Bing, as well as optimising for AI search tools, like ChatGPT and Google SGE.

What you'll be doing
- Owning and executing Revolut’s Organic Growth branded strategy across traditional search (SEO) and generative AI-driven platforms (GEO), with a focus on brand visibility, relevance, and trust
- Developing and implementing initiatives to increase organic Share of Voice (SoV) across priority keywords and themes for traditional search and AI-generated content surfaces
- Monitoring and improving brand sentiment and perception across search engines, generative platforms, and reviews, tracking sentiment scores and identifying risks or opportunities
- Creating and optimising Revolut’s web content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility across both traditional search and AI-generated results (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Bing Copilot)
- Coordinating and managing content distribution across Revolut domains and relevant third-party sites as part of organic growth initiatives
- Expanding brand presence and share of voice by identifying and targeting high-impact topics, questions, and queries across search and generative environments
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify Revolut’s presence in high-intent and brand-relevant search journeys
- Staying ahead of evolving trends in AI search and LLM behaviour, translating insights into strategies that strengthen brand presence and content attribution
- Conducting audits and performance reviews of content, brand mentions, and search visibility to identify optimisation opportunities and track wins
- Championing brand consistency and organic credibility, from search snippets to AI summaries, and advocating internally for best practices in organic visibility and sentiment management
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, ideally with exposure to emerging generative technologies in a high-growth, consumer-facing environment
- A solid understanding of how brand presence influences visibility, sentiment, trust, and engagement in search
- A demonstrated interest in search trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE
- A proven ability to create or contribute to strategies that drive discoverability, whether through content, partnerships, or brand storytelling
- To be comfortable using data to guide decisions, looking at search performance, traffic patterns, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, etc.)
- To be curious, self-motivated, and eager to test, learn, and adapt in a fast-changing space (especially as generative search tools evolve)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Content, Brand, PR, Product, and Engineering
Nice to have
- An interest in generative engine optimisation (GEO), and how AI tools retrieve and display brand-related information
- Familiarity with SEO basics (keyword research, metadata optimisation, on-page best practices, etc.)
- Experience working with AI tools for research, writing, or analysis
- An understanding of global or multilingual SEO/content
