About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager who can look for ways to improve and optimise our finance and risk management practices.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the design and implementation of the compliance testing and assurance programme
• Completing assurance reviews and testing activities, leveraging skills in advanced data analytics
• Contributing to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
• Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, and/or training
• Driving execution of local or multi-jurisdictional reviews, including subsequent management reporting on outcomes and findings
• Challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processes
• Using data analytics to identify actionable insights, which result in material enhancements to the control environment

What you'll need

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of experience working within a fintech, traditional financial institution, or regulatory body
• 2+ years of experience in assurance or internal/external audit, focusing on risk and compliance domains
• Familiarity with assurance/audit reviews
• Experience in controls, risk, and policy and corporate governance
• Knowledge of UK and EEA regulations
• Experience interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insights
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures

Nice to have

• Experience in UK FCA (FCA Handbook), Bank of England/PRA (PRA Handbook), EBA, ECB, and/or Bank of Lithuania regulatory requirements and recommendations
• Experience in insurance (ICOBS), crypto-assets regulatory change (MICA), investment protections (MIFID), financial promotions, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, etc.
• Experience in regulatory policy testing
• Relevant compliance qualifications, such as ACAMS, ACOI, or ICA
• Experience detecting and investigating risk incidents and key risk indicator (KRI) breaches
• Experience mapping regulations to risks and controls
• Data analytics skills, including SQL and/or Python

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €3,700 - €4,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
