What you’ll be doing

• Increasing Finance productivity
• Improving Finance control framework
• Reducing time for integration of new initiatives in Finance ecosystem
• Improving quality of strategic insights provided by Finance to business lines, Executives and Boards

What you'll need

• STEM, Finance or Economics Education, graduated with at least 2:1 from a top university/school
• 5+ years of project/change management experience in a Global Tech/Fintech company, fast-paced financial services environment at a top-tier company, or managing large transformation programmes in top-tier consulting firms
• Track record of outstanding achievements, supported by quantifiable business outcomes
• Excellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective
• Hands on and Positive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to cross company global projects

Nice to have

• Experience in the design and implementation of Finance optimisation initiatives (e.g. finance processes optimisation, finance target operating model, implementation of technology solutions)
• Experience in large volume based transaction processing and data sets including a working knowledge of SQL
• Track record of ordered and controlled approach to system development from functional requirements gathering to testing and go-live
• Programme management qualification (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma)
• Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent), with proven experience of applying IFRS in a complex and regulated environment
