We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity Management team at our European Bank.

This team forms part of the European Treasury department. You'll play a crucial strategic role in informing hedging decisions for Foreign Exchange (FX), running the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process, managing operational liquidity, ensuring safeguarding processes are in place, developing and enhancing governance frameworks, managing the ILAAP process, and providing key input into our regulatory processes.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing frameworks for ALM and liquidity management
• Drafting and maintaining governance policies, documentation, and methodologies
• Leading strategic initiatives within the ALM and liquidity function
• Ensuring regulatory compliance within the treasury and ALM functions
• Collaborating with stakeholders across finance, risk, and product teams

What you'll need

• Excellent knowledge of technical treasury skills, especially in ALM and liquidity management
• Familiarity with ILAAP liquidity stress testing and strategic liquidity planning
• Excellent understanding of interest rate, FX, and credit risk measurement and instruments
• Experience in a bank regulated by the ECB or BOE, ideally under ECB direct oversight
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Experience drafting regulatory documents
• Fluency in English at a full professional level
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in treasury or liquidity risk roles

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MiCA (Markets in Crypto Assets) regulations
