About the role

Are you a proactive and organised individual looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic office environment? We're seeking an Office Manager for our front of house to be the heartbeat of our flagship London office. You'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our workplace, providing top-tier office services that empower our team to thrive.

From managing essential office supplies and coordinating meeting rooms to supporting employee queries and liaising with vendors, your role will be incredibly varied. You'll also play a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance and assisting our other European offices. What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all visitors, including board members, C-Suite executives, clients, and vendors, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Managing reception operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Providing comprehensive support for business meetings, acting as the main point of contact for employees and guests, assisting with setup, and ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Fostering strong relationships with building management, vendors, security, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations and a well-maintained environment.
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including conducting regular checks, identifying and reporting any maintenance or tidiness issues promptly.
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and ensuring all areas, such as meeting rooms and common spaces, are well-stocked and organised.
  • Managing office access and badge control, maintaining security protocols and issuing/revoking access as needed.
  • Handling all company documentation, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Responding promptly to all employee queries, whether via WX tickets, email, Jira, Slack, or in-person, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Supporting the commissioning and decommissioning of global offices, providing logistical and administrative assistance as required.

  • Experience within fast-paced environments like hospitality, tech, finance, or regulated industries would be highly beneficial
