About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and is a core part of the business. Members of the team provide front-line guidance and support to all areas of the company, contributing to decisions that impact Revolut’s growth every day. They’re special, they’re strong-willed, and they work on a lot of different areas (which isn't that common for an in-house role, we know, but they're just that good).
The breadth of work you'll encounter (and level of commercial involvement) is pretty unique for an in-house role, from structuring credit programmes to launching into new territories. We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who’ll advise local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues.
Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch.

- Ensuring compliance with local and international labour laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing employment-related risk and supporting internal compliance initiatives
- Supporting internal investigations involving employee conduct or grievances
- Advising on employment law matters during expansion into new markets
- Collaborating with HR and other business stakeholders on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Monitoring and assessing changes in labour laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation and compliance
- Liaising with external counsel on employment disputes, pre-litigation strategy, and settlements
- Providing training and guidance to HR teams and managers on employment law topics and best practices
What you'll need
- A master’s degree or equivalent in law
- To be a qualified lawyer
- 5+ years of experience working at a law firm or international company
- The ability to independently and proactively support a preventive employment approach
- Experience developing and implementing best practices and policies, while responding to and completing projects in an innovative environment
- Solid knowledge of employment laws in France with experience in practical applications
- Expertise in cross-border employment laws
- Fluency in English with impeccable communication skills
