About the role
Our Customer Support team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We are also internal customer-champions, working with product teams to ensure users stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does 🚀
We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to ensure that our Customer Support team is operating at the best quality performance 📣 Someone who'll work closely with all Customer Support departments, supporting Analysts and their Line Managers. A detail-oriented, technical individual who loves to get down into nitty-gritty of processes to always deliver WOW 💫

What you’ll be doing
- Completing monthly Quality Control (QC) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in compliance teams' work
- Highlighting and reporting any issues to Quality Control and Managers
- Providing feedback to analysts and identifying root cause analyses of errors
- Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance
- Coaching new joiners on procedures across compliance department
- Collaborating with other teams across different locations
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need
- Previous experience as a Quality Support Specialist
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides
- A readiness to take ownership and responsibility
- Passion for helping and supporting people
- Independent time management skills and prioritisation of tasks
- Flexibility with responsibilities and a positive attitude towards any changes to role, company/departmental objectives, priorities, and targets
Nice to have
- 6+ months of experience working at Revolut in Customer Support
